Champs not listening

Anybody is having the same issues, champs acting on their own, not holding block, or not finishing the combo running towards defender instead of blocking or dexterity?

It’s way more for last 2-3 days for me esp the one where champ not finished combo and just stand, obviously opponent hitting back with 5 hit combo, hate this in AW and AQ
