11M gold 3 map5 alliance seeking four

I was recently selected to serve as leader of my awesome alliance after frustratingly watching it suddenly decline due to an exodus of good, retiring members and an influx of unreliable players who replaced them. I'm FULLY committed and determined to guide it back to the level it once was not very long ago, and I need your help!
I have dumped lazy, do-nothing officers and replaced them with solid leaders.
I kicked numerous inactive, unreliable players, dropping our membership down to 20 before finding a batch of excellent replacements to get us back up to 27.
My next order of business toward full recovery is filling our remaining open positions (plus one or two more that may get a good swift kick) with quality, committed, RELIABLE players.
I’d prefer players rated 300K or higher, but it’s not absolutely necessary. I’d much rather have two or three active/reliable 180K team players than any selfish 700K player who repeatedly disappears and can’t follow instructions.
About us...
- Currently rated 11M (but short three players)
- We're currently gold 3 (two seasons ago we hit gold 1 before ultimately finishing gold 2...and we’re hungry to get back up!)
- We’re currently running map5 in two BGs and map3 in a third (only because we're short). Our norm is daily 5x5 with 100% completion expectations
- No required save weeks for SA (usually hit 6-20% rewards, lately 21-40% while short)
- No minimum point requirements for alliance events (though everyone is expected to contribute)
- Line is *required* and expected to be read for strategic and tactic feedback
