One hand contoller

I I enjoy playing MCoC but I must play MCoC with my one hand since my strokes. I curious know add a player choice for their controller? I see an different games with a different controllers no problem but for MCOC no choices for the different controllers. I think some players here use their two hands for their play.
I think harder to play MCoC with one hand. I must try to block plus my offense with my one hand. I think the one hand controller will help me
