Casual map 5 alliance looking for individuals or a team to merge

We are a alliance looking for either a group of 15 people to slot straight in to our team or individuals who can handle themselves in map 5.
Our usual routine is map 5x5 in all 3 bg and we usually would end up in gold 1 for war, our rating is approx 1850 - tier 5, though having recently lost a number of people who either wanted a more hardcore experience or needed a break from the game we have lost potential points but should still be able to competitively make gold 2.
Donation requirements are enough to cover the maps we will be running and we have a minimum for completion which is usually set at 15k.
