Actually it's a 100% increase so its basically a 33% chance to evade if i ma correct... Its already a 3% chance then when u increase 3% by 100% it's 33%

So that means her 3% becomes 6%.

How do you get 33%? Isn't it increased to 6%? 3%+ 3%×100%= 6%
