Mastery setup

Can someone tell me what the best mastery set up is for 40 and below.... this is the setup I have now and it seems like I should have a better setup....

DROP the XP, both of the Fury's, and the Energy Resist.
Lower the Dexterity and Lesser Crit Rate/Damage nodes all down to 1.
Unlock and eventually max out the Greater Crit Rate/Damage nodes (**this will make the biggest improvement to your fights)
Also both the 3rd nodes on offense can maybe be lowered some if you need other points to use (but are acceptable to keep if you want as well)
If you get caught by Stuns too much, you can increase that very 1st Utility node to greatly shorten how long you remain stunned (but not really necessary once you get to where you can evade being hit/stunned most of time).

I would also take 2 out of dexterity and place it in the one that makes your stuns longer(Forgot the name).
Try to unlock greater precision and greater cruelty and also glass cannon. Thats were you will see the greatest improvement.

Besides my earlier reply, I also agree with the Block Proficiency (not Perfect Block) and StandYourGround. The 1st and 3rd nodes along bottom of Defense (as per picture above). StandYourGround especially helpful if your fights Lag a lot and defender unfairly is able to Heavy you because your evade controls are being ignored.
But disagree with last comment about those initial 4 Health and Strength nodes, keep them all at 1. Points are much better used elsewhere.
Maybe that +15% Recovery as well (just 1 in Salve though), especially if you run regen attackers like Ultron. When he drops below 25% he can pop back above 50% and be available for the next 50% level regen later.

Once you can unlock them, I would still recommend you move all the extra points over from Lesser Cruelty/Precision into the Greater Cruelty/Precision instead. Makes a big difference.

@JBohannon Dude. Your offense mastery is totally off. You MUST not invest more than 1 in lesser precision/cruelty.
The rest should be invested in Greater Cruelty/Precision. I know it costs to unlock the mastery but it is definitely worth the cost. You will face much difficulty progressing if you keep your mastery set up that way. I guarantee you.

Don’t need 3/3 pierce. It’s bugged and doesn’t do anything. You can’t penetrate armor of the opponent has no armor rating. Just 1/1 there.

Thanks for this thread guys. I've followed some of the advice here and respeced my masteries, and it actually helped a lot! I've had unnecessary masteries up until now.
