Solo event payouts

Just wanted to put out there that the cutoff calculations are broken for events. I placed 116th in a recent tech combat solo event. In order to have missed their 20% cutoff there would have to have been less than 575 participants. I've been repeatedly told their were far more yet am also being told I missed the cutoff. I met all minimum requirements so this is simply impossible under the stated parameters yet customer service insists on giving me the run around.
