I just ran the t3c science quest...

To 100% this, it takes OVER 70 energy...

And you are guaranteed ZERO full t3c's...

WE SHOULD BE GETTING SOMETHING MORE THAN SHARDS IF WE'RE USING ONE FULL ENERGY REFILL!!!!

    I agree. The drop rates for a full t1 and t2 seem to be ok, but very, very rarely get a full t3. And the fragments aren't enough to justify the amount of energy needed.
