Passive: YellowJacket becomes more focused as the fight goes on granting him a permanent Precision after 15 hits. After 30 hits gain a Permanent Cruelty. Stacks to 3 of each.
Precision: Increases Crit Chance by 15% per stack.
Cruelty: Increases Crit Damage by 300 per stack.
Passive: YellowJacket has the ability to shrink or grow at his own will. Providing a 10% chance to glance an attack.
Glanced Attacks: Glanced attacks cannot crit and cannot activate any buff or debuff.
Special 1: The beams from YellowJacket's suit blast the opponent and shocks them for 350 damage every .5 seconds. (Lasts 3 seconds) (Power Sting remains.)
Special 2: YellowJacket knocks hit opponents back placing a concussion on then lasting 15 seconds. His beams shock the opponent for 500 damage every .5 seconds. (Lasts 5 seconds) (Power Sting remains.)
Special 3: YellowJacket surprises his opponents with multiple strikes (Placing a concussion lasting 30 seconds) and placing a PERMANENT Power Sting lasting until the opponent uses a special attack
Power Sting: Deals direct damage. Special 1 = 250 damage per stack. Special 2 = 400 per stack. Special 3 deals 2500. If Power Sting ends leave the opponent stunned for 2.5 seconds.
Signature Ability: Power Stings last 5 seconds longer and increase the stun duration by .5 seconds per Power Sting
Synergies: Float like a butterfly sting like a bee: (Doctor Strange) YellowJacket deals 200 direct damage per hit of his special attacks.
Dr Strange: Dr Strange changes stances 1 second faster and all abilities are 25% more effective.
Burn !!!: (Modok and Red Hulk) YJ places a 100 damage incinerate on the opponent lasting 5 seconds when using specials.
Modok increases his Incinerate damage by 25%.
Red Hulk deals 20% more Heat Damage.
Enhanced Suits: (Doctor Octopus) All champions wearing a suit have their buffs/debuffs increases by 3 seconds.

Thanks and yeah he's not in desperate need of a buff he just came to my mind first haha
Honestly im enhancing his abilities at best.
