What does this mean - mastery

Ok. I can’t parry properly so I felt something is not right. Upon looking at my mastery, I saw this. What does this mean and how can I fix it? I’ve already spend a lot reviving and redoing the mastery. Same ****!

    I think it’s not necessarily parry. It seems like block isn’t working properly, and that is where the parry problem is coming from.
