Have enough materials to take up a science champion.

5* Rulk to R3 or 4* duped Void to R5?
Just finished uncollected and not likely going to finish Act 5 any time soon, have no issues with epic event quests, but still unable to 100% uncollected EQ.

Appreciate your inputs.

if it's you second account, you should know better?) also what's the point of having two same accounts?
rulk is good for fights where you need damage, ranking him increases his base attack, and so his ramped damage increases along with base one - double win. if I were you, I'd take rulk

I would suggest void. You never know when there could be a tough boss void can easily kill
