Sabretooth’s extra 15% attack synergy against mutants

When I had that passive on me, and went to my next fight, the fury passive counted as a permanent buff as long as I have charges.
My question is does the buff stay for the 15% attack increase or does it get altered?
I could be getting an easy 70% attack increase besides all of my other furies jus because of that passive.
So, does the 15% attack fury buff stay 15% and increase as fights with mutants go on; 15/30/45/60/75?
