Top Tier 4-Star or Mid-Tier 5-Star

26 5-Stars
89 4-Stars (R5 AA, Magik, Gwenpoole, Hypes and Starky)
100% Act 4; Uncollected, Rttl, and RoL

I'm trying to choose between;ranking/leveling;
Top tier 4-stars e.g Iceman, Ghost Rider (Duped), Dr. Voodoo (Duped)
or
Mid-tier 5-stars e.g Hood, Thor (Rags), Hawkeye, OG Hulk (Duped)

Which do you think would add more value? If any.

God tier 4* are better than mid tier 5*

there no such thing as "god tire" in this game they don't exist.

Hood is a solid option to upgrade but for future content you need to do like the rest of act 5 you should focus on iceman. Caltrops and biohazard will need the good immunities champ

r4 HE or Hood are decent options, but if you don't have t2a burning, I 'd actually wait for someone better

Rank whatever will help you. At this point, I don't see ranking another 4* unless I pull Wolverine or dupe my 4* Void and don't have a better option for LOL x23. Maybe 4* Strange just for the hell of it because I've never really used him. Pulled him just before the nerf. Maybe another if I'm bored and have expiring t4cc.

In general, a r3 5* is roughly the same strength as a r5 4*. So I would say unless you intend to r4 the 5* you've chosen, you should r5 your God tier 4*s.
