Rebuilding alliance looking for multiple active members

Essentially starting from scratch and looking for individuals willing to take some lumps to build a competitive and fun loyal home. We have a solid group of individuals, many of whom are gold 1+ level. Low donations (possibly none for a bit), no requirements (but expected to be active). We'll run adjustable aq maps and 2 bg wars for a bit to give breaks and help new members grow. Ultimately we expect to get to 5x5 and gold 1.
