Doc Octopus Bug

Well am wondering if anyone found this already!!!!
The de-buffs heal block and power lock from Doc Octopus aren't actually doing what they are meant to be,,When a heal block is active the opponent is able to trigger willpower and can regenerate normally and the power lock doesn't actually locking power instead the opponents gaining power normally .
Please someone explain if it is that way or a bug no one noticed so far ?

I can see your Doc Oc is dup. Dup, his abilities are no longer debuffs and act differently.
You might see the enemy gaining HP in the fight, but the actual health bar isn't moving. Instead, you gain a portion of the HP the opponent should have gained there.

But you are only healing 5 HP, so I don't know what's wrong ...

It’s by a big, his awakened ability causes them to regen but then damage over time stops it doing anything, and you lofesteal, the power gain, when duped they gain power and it drains just after, and you steal some, not sure why it works that way but it’s how it’s jntended

Not talking about the pic. Usually, enemies show positive healing number's when heal blocked by Doc Oc, but they are actually not gaining any HP from it
