Power gain/ reserve working as intended in new quest?

In this new variant mode I suspect the two nodes are interfering with each other, instead of using 50% of the power for the special it seems it’s using about 25% and I suspect this is because it takes 100% then gifts back 50* but then the double power gain means it’s giving back extra? I’m watching the defenders use 4 l1s in a row and I’m evading them all so it’s not the kinetic reactor unless that’s bugged somehow? Working as intended?

    Did you bother to read my whole post? I said I’m evading all the specials and it’s still happening, kinetic reactor is if they contact you/ hit a block, not evade

    It’s whenever they are bleeding they use 25% instead of 50% really obvious, is this intended, i’ve Seen characters hit 5 l1s in a row, seems messed up
