AW War Victor Crystal revamp

AW started a long time ago and is still the most fun part of the game. But the war victor crystal needs a major overhaul. Granted, season rewards are bringing in some good stuff in, but there is no instant gratification to wins, especially to higher tier alliances.
4000 Loyalty is peanuts for a win at Tier 7 and above.
I think war victor crystal should be revamped to include 3 things, crystal shards, alliance pots and loyalty/glory.
As tier increases, the crystal should progress from phc to 3 star to 4 star to 5 star shards etc, single health to team revives, increase in loyalty/glory, preferably even catalyst shards. Not too much to ask i guess?
