Game keeps freezing

Help. I have had constant problems with the game freezing before during and after doing any fights. I can win a fight and then nothing all i get is the curser spinning. I have to shut the game down and restart it. I've even reset my home WiFi but it still does it. I've tried using my mobile wifi but again no difference. Is it me or is there a problem with the servers.
