Not receiving Quest Crystals (Not showing up)

Hi guys, I thought this was a one-time thing or something I overlooked. For the third time, I complete a quest and receive the crystals, however, when I go to the Crystals menu, they are not there. In fact, not even this type of crystal shows up. Is this a known bug? I've lost a few already and put money against this app so would like to have what I'm paying for. Thanks

I'm sorry to hear that it appears that you haven't received the quest crystals. Please try completely closing out of the game and restarting. This should help to resolve the issue, but if it does not please reach out to our support team for further help by going to the gear icon in game and choosing "Support."
