Electra bug?

Electra is to armour break if opponent is bleed immune. I am currently using her in war against all bleed immune nodes and she is not applying an armour break. I've even tested her l3 which is guaranteed an armour break.

Effective

It only works against naturally bleed immune. It's the same thing with X23.
