Yet another "Who to rank up?" thread

Hi all. I am trying to figure out who to rank up next. Some notes:

1) I probably should not have brought Black Widow to Rank 4. I got her before most of the others and it seemed like a good idea at the time. Some of my Rank 3 champs probably don't belong their either, but at least those were less costly.

2) Yes, I managed to duplicate classic Spidey twice without having ever duplicated any of my other 4 stars because randomness.

3) The one champ I would most want to rank up is Stark Spider-Man, but at current rate, I think I will get the t4 Tech catalysts I need some time around 2 weeks from never. So I think I need to build out the rest of my team for now to get powerful enough to start gathering t4 Tech catalysts. My team is probably powerful enough now to go through the Expert Class Daily Quests if I was really good at playing them, but I am not that good.

4) So I am inclined instead to either rank up some Rank 3 champ next or wait until I get a 5 star and consider taking that one to Rank 2 before advancing any of the 4 stars, but I am also open to seeing what the poll says.

5) Mostly I am interested in using the champs for Story Quests, Event Quests, but I do some Arenas and small Alliance Quests too (the alliance I am in is very tiny).
