Buff and debuff icon colors

So does the Color of the buff/debuff icons under the health bar mean anything specific.
Example: was using ghost Rider and fighting ghost Rider the computer ghost Rider had a judgement icon under health bar in blue then when I landed an sp1 the judgement I placed on him was in red so the A I ghost Rider had 1 red judgment icon and 1 blue judgement icon under his health bar at the same time, so do the different colors mean different things.

I don't remember ghost rider having any blue icons? Were you fighting him on armor node or something?

You were probably fighting the GR from the EQ, he has a blue judgement icon for one of his nodes

Yeah I'm guessing that's what it was, I don't remember but I think it was the monthly quest, but not sure, but as far as u guys know the colors don't really mean anything.
