Beginner buestion on upgrading

I'm playing for few month only. Loki was my first and long time only 4* Champ.
Now I got 4 more (s. below). Which one is most recommended to upgrade if possible

Loki - 4/5 - 40/40 - CR 3855 - awakend
Thor - 4/5 - 40/40 - CR 3288
Iceman - 3/5 - 30/30 - CR 2508
Captain America - 3/5 - 30/30 - CR 2376
Black Panther - 3/5 - 30/30 - CR 2276

    Iceman and cap are your best options here if they aren't duped. Cap still has great block prof and iceman has a lot of utility. Would definitely take iceman up to 4/40 next then cap after that.

    Iceman was a good choice - just won with my
    Iceman 3500 4/5 40/40 unawakwnd against a lvl 60 player
    with Quake 4x maxed 6500 :-)
