I have not recieved the compensation crystals for the 1* symbiote being nerfed early

Only players who were actively in a fight in the Blood and Venom Symbiomancer quest after 9:30 AM Pacific time on November 7, received the three Tier 5 Occult Lab Crystals. If you did not receive the items, your account did not meet the requirements for this resolution.
