If a player is eligible to participate in the war then they do not need to have placed defenders to particpate in the attack phase. To be eligible for war the player needs to have been in the alliance when the war match was started/found(?).

So let say, AAA did not place defender, i go to AAA tell him/her "hey, can u help fight in Battlegroup 2"

@玩玩玩家 If AAA regularly isn't joining attack and placing defense you should give him/her the boot. But asking him to join BG2 is perfectly reasonable.
