I've been playing this character recently and he's pretty underrated to be honest. But I think one way he can improved upon is how fast he consumes prowess to heal. Each prowess consumed is about 1% of your health which is actually pretty powerful, except that way the speed it takes to heal it up makes it worthless in the end because you will take more block damage then you will heal. I feel like making it faster will help cover this weakness and make him a better overrall champion.
