Can Captain beardo get infinite parries in LOL?

I can’t find any info on this. With his high block proficiency, and maxed block proficiency and stupefy it seems like there should be some way.

Does anyone know of a team that can make this possible for him?

    Infinite parries can only occur for people who have additive duration on debuff/stun effects. Domino for example gets +1 second on debuffs with massacre. This is a srt time so limber nodes cant affect it.

    Stupefy on the other hand is additive but doesnt work as dominos synergy because the time acts more as a percent upgrade then a true extenstion of time. This means tbat stupefy wont work around limber.

    Captain America can only work around limber if he has some sort of true additive stun extender
