I disagree with the idea to move parry to an opening mastery if I read the announcement right I will no long be able to turn off parry and keep dexterity.
You may think this sounds like a bad idea but 5.4 Ultron 3.3 variant Ultron cwbp in lol are all fights I turned parry off on to have easier times cause no accidental stuns that get me killed
