I just priced a grandmaster daily special but did not receive anything. Who can I talk to, to get this fix

Hey there! That's definitely not something we want. First, can you close the game down entirely, re-open and then check to see if the item(s) are there? If not after that, you should contact our customer support team directly through the in-game menu. You can do this by clicking on the grey gear icon in the top left corner, then click on the 'support' button.
They'll investigate your account and make sure you get any items that are missing!

Ok thank you for that. I closed it down and re opened it a couple of times last night and once again this morning. But I was able to fill out a support ticket this morning.
