Skill level requirements for players to enter higher levels of dungeon

Time and time and time again I am met in the dungeon with players who can't even finish room 1.
Dungeons are amazing and playing should be fun not stressful.
My suggestion is to have the higher rooms with skill level limits, maybe you have to have completed act 5.2 to enter dungeon 6
