How do I get t4 tech fast?

I just need one more to get sparky up to r4 as a 5*. I got really lucky with my crystal today and my map 2 crystal (fully formed t4 tech!)

The most effective way is get it from cristal AQ map 5 and 6. You can also can buy tech shards from the glory store (one day on the week) , and glory cristal (3600 shards) or greater glory cristal (7200 shards).
