Kabam... shorten or suspend war season please. With the current schedule we will have to war on christmas and new years. Wouldnt it make make more sense to shorten war season and modify rewards accordingly or just suspend it till after the holidays? I think we all put enough time and effort into this game that we shouldnt have to spend christmas doing a war or depending on others to...

    Just get on and do ur moves and if ur having to wait on nodes to be cleared coordinate with that person to get it cleared quickly and if u don’t have to wait on anyone u have 5 hours to move it’s no big deal

    It really wouldn’t be that hard for them in the future to schedule war seasons around all MAJOR religious holidays. That way seasons aren’t skipped or shortened, and people with holiday obligations don’t feel stressed or get left out. It’s really just a matter of customer courtesy on the part of Kabam. Then maybe have some short holiday themed event to engage those who aren’t busy, with decent but not groundbreaking rewards. @Kabam Zibiit could this be implemented in the near future?

    That may be true but the large majority of their players do celebrate Christmas and we don't want to be playing AW during this time of the year, trust me. And lets say you don't celebrate Christmas, you do celebrate a time of the year and im sure you don't want to be bogged down by AW.

    Or you know maybe your family can be ok with knowing you have a life outside of them as well and are ok with you spending a few minutes here and there doing a few fights. They have all of time after said fights to talk and make merry.

    So ppl actually have down time around the holidays so I personally plan to play in a big ally for the holidays I don’t have time with my usual school schedule though

    So to use your (flawed) logic, if they shut down AW for lets Boxing Day (Canada) and shortened AW for that season and then they did it for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur for 10 plus days? If those aren't holidays you don't celebrate, will you have the same viewpoint or be mad because you can't do aw and get rewards. If they do it for Christmas, they will need to do it for everything.

    If by “YOU”, you mean 325 million Americans, then sure...and I’m pretty certain Christmas is celebrated in far more places then only North America...

    Playing devils advocate here but Jewish and Muslims make up about 5% of the US population. You stated Christmas was a religious holiday, well it is but a vast majority of the population take place in the pagan aspect of it, which you don’t have to be religious for.

    It’s good business to cater towards your base. Just because you do not partake in the “commercial” aspect of Christmas does not negate the fact it is traditionally a time where extended family comes together.

    Cater? Suffering? Lol... gimmie a break. I bet the majority of the nay sayers hold no responsibility in this game. 30 people in every alliance. Meaning there are bound to be people travelling and doing something other than playing this game. How shortening a season or scheduling it differently would cause anyone to suffer is beyond me. I was merely pointing out the logistics of it all and the potential headache it can and will cause for a majority of those that play this game.

    I do acknowledge the fact it is a world wide game, and somehow by not mentioning all the other major holidays i have offended some...

    This isnt about my beliefs and i would support any and all scheduling around any major holiday. Especially those major holidays that people travel to see family and potentially spend a good amount of time doing so. This game for a lot of people has become a second or third job. If you try and make this thread out to be selfish then you are a sad human being.

    But you are the one that made it selfish. You only asked about what you are concerned about, not taking into account what others could be concerned about. You can't say "major holiday" either. Most holidays are major to those who celebrate them. They won't change AW schedules for Christmas. So either dont do war that day or log in for the 30 mins it might take to move and fight to spend your 5 energy.
