No AQ rewards

Why did I not receive my aq rewards when I have been in the alliance since the previous Aq was on.. I've tried logging out and back in but no luck

In veteran bracket, it's 10 days blackout period. Even if you join right before the new AQ week starts, you miss that week's reward. It's made to people don't jump from an alliance to another once per week.

You either Lose rewards of 2 SA and a AQ week, or 1 SA and 2 AQ weeks.
