Killmonger-- bugged or hidden ability

Couple times in AW node 29 Killmonger went unstoppable for no reason, once Killmonger was performing his Special 2 attack the other was during my Combo. (one could be Unfazed mastery but not when I was throwing my punches)
Then today, it happened twice in arena. Both times, I was throwing my punches.
Is this normal or bugged?

It may just be his "not hidden" ability on his special 1. Counter-punch charges

I was punching KM's face. He wasn't blocking.

He gets counterpunch charges after a sp1 indestructible charges after Sp2
