I’m doing round 3 in quest one and it says that I have 98% completed l, I have gone through it twice all th ways through what’s up with taht

I think that's the one that had the second teleport node on one of it's paths. If you took that first node (which looks to be gone now), you will need to do that one section again, jump straight to the boss, and then you'll be good to go.

Go up path 'A' then don't teleport, just tap on the little node sticking out to the right side.
