Playable Characters list

Is there a list somewhere of which 1*, 2*, 3* and 4* characters are available?
I know some chars have 3* and 4* but not 2* etc. Would like to know how complete my roster is at the moment.

All playable champions are available as 3 and 4 star, except for Kang and Thanos(4*) and classic Ultron(5*)
