5.2.5- question about bane

I was just using wasp against the very annoying moon knight and it seems that wasps L3 failed to pass the bane. Is bane supposed to be passed by all attacks, or is an L3 not a passable attack?

Was the bane timer on you when you launched your sp3?

Sp3 will only transfer bane if you use your Sp3 when the bane debuff is on you not your opponent
