When halls of healing and fortune will start mean at which date that will be start and how much gold we will be earn in 1 day from halls of fortune?!

    Probably exact same amount as last times they were around ...
    You won't get confirmation of it until they actually arrive. For the date, same thing. You need to wait until they say it in a message or so
