Is powergain synergy working

I have tried a quest using 1 main hero with and without a 20% powergain team and there seems to be no difference at all. The powergain team i used was dd, electra, Hawkeye and Black widow that should give 20% combined power gain.

Is anyone else having this problem? Kabam can you please confirm if there is a fault or not. Thank you

    Don't know how i sent it a second time or how to deleat it unfortunately. Hopefully the kabam guys will deleate one of the threads and tell me what the issue is with the powergain synergy in the other
