Iw cap vs juggs

Not first time this has happened and not sure if it’s suppose to happen. When fighting a juggs on node 37 In aw and he goes unstoppable and cap has kinetic Charges his ability is not nullifying the unstoppable.

If the node has mystic ward, that might be why
Cap IW nullifies the unstoppable, and mystic ward lowers the chances for nullify effects to work.
