tldr: 2 BGs of AW (so you can take a day off), AQ is 335 (participation in one BG mandatory). LINE highly preferred. Now read on for more info... I spent a long time writing this!
Are you a player a little late to starting this game, but have a roster that you want to grow?
Are you a higher ranked player tired of the grind it takes to stay in the top tiers, but still enjoy the game? Tired of the high cost of donations?
We've pivoted our focus in this game to fit the above and our membership is made up of both. How do we appeal to this split audience?
1) We run 2 BGs of AW as often as possible. It is not required, but we do want to be competitive here. Got some real life stuff going on this week? Skip it. Only a few hundred shards away from the next 5*? Hop in.
2) We run Map 335 for AQ. Balanced rewards, very low donations (matches cost of the Map 5). The Map 5 team is explicitly assembled to be people who want to run that map so we finish it. Everyone reaps the rewards. More glory to cash in for the rarer resources.
3) Our goal is to be in the gold tiers - wherever we happen to fall. We want the 5* shards that come in that range without the rosters/grinding/spending it takes to push into the highest of tiers. We're knocking on the door of that right now.
No minimums. We do ask that you join LINE so we can communicate on the AW/AQ progress. We just need to know if you aren't going to be around via LINE or in-game chat. We can accommodate real life, just need a heads up.
1) Level should at least be in the high 50s.
2) While there's no specific prestige requirement, you should probably be uncollected or pushing towards it imminently or you probably won't be able to compete in AQ/AW. Convince me otherwise, though, and we'll give you shot.
3) Must join AQ within the first 8 hours (or tell an officer).
4) Must place in AW in the first 18 hours (or tell an officer - we gotta fix placement!).
5) Donations due by Saturday (33k/7.5k/3.5L) - easily picked up from normal play.
