Mephisto soul imprisoned

Anyone know why his soul imprison at the start of the fight stops icamans ice armor but not Dr voodoos healing?

Voodoo, assuming duped, starts with even combo, which increases his ability accuracy by 100%, so it cancels out mephisto's 100% ability accuracy reduction. This is what im guessing.

It was mentioned when domino was released that voodoo had some bug therefore they mentioned that he doesnt suffer from AA reduction any longer and will always have his healing on. Iceman's armour is different thing and is possible to fail/block

I wouldn’t say it’s a bug, it’s just where most champs have 100% ability accuracy, he has 200% duped

Isn't this an issue? Soul imprisonment clearly states 100% ability accuracy reduction for 15 seconds. That shouldn't be an impedimento for ice armor to reform in the rest of the fight. Does anyone know why that happens?
