Parry went from 33% to 25%

Has anyone else notice that the damage taken from parrying has gone down? Damage was reduced at 33% with a timed block to 25% with this new set? What's the deal with that kabaam? You said you were moving things around you didn't say you were also changing parry? Did I miss something? Please explain.

Too help clarify, this isn't something that was noticed from gameplay. This is from the description of parry in the mastery tree. Conspiracy accusations aside, this was never mentioned in the original announcements and seems shady. I am hoping this is just a visual thing and will be fixed.

It was changed last year due to DR.

Summary: This change occurred over 1.5 years ago, and was so that Parry would continue functioning properly with the introduction of diminishing returns. It changed the implementation of Parry to bypass the new system.
