Availabilty of OG Hulk as a 3 star

Is OG Hulk unavailable in PHC's or 3 star crystals? I have been playing the game for nearly 2 years and have every other basic champion from 2014-2017 as a 3* except OG Hulk.

    As far as I know 3* Hulk was only available as a purchase for one of the Earth Days in the past. It was a $5 bundle.

    He isn't in PHC's. If you have been playing for nearly 2 years, then you may have gotten him as part of the compensation package you received post 12.0. That's how I got him. Before, I think he was bundled with a unit deal for a special event (not sure what it was). He also appears from time to time in special crystals, such as an Avenger crystal that was given out to Summoners last year and other instances as well that I can't recall.

    If you didn't get him from 12.0, then you may have to wait for these special crystals that have him to appear again since I've never seen him offered for sale as part of a unit deal.

    Not sure when/where I got my 3* Hulk, but I've had one for a LONG TIME. Even duped him.
