AQ Glitch Last Night (and how to proceed)?

Last night my alliance and at least a few others found our AQ simply ended abruptly. Our leadership opened a ticket and waited for a response. The only response to date has been a "we are looking into it" note.

As such, our leadership restarted AQ late last night. But that has significant implications as we will not have time to complete our normal map 6 runs in the time allotted, plus we are now on a very different time schedule, which further impacts our ability to complete maps during the rest of the 5-day quest.

We regularly place in the top 250 alliances, and recently in the top 150. Our placement will definitely suffer due to this glitch. It has been over 12 hours since this was reported and yet we still have no guidance.

Could Kabam please make some public statement about this and how it might be handled? Soon?
