Night Thrasher unstoppable

When kinetically charged, Cap IW does not stop Night Thrasher's unstoppable buff. Is this intended?

    Not really. He nullifies unstoppable buffs, just that

    Unstoppable BUFFS, his unstoppable is a passive buff, and cannot be nullified
