No it says that it starts on the 9th in the in game mail, everything else starts on the 10th

9th and it says PST so you know what time zone to follow

It starts at 00.00 UTC (or midnight London time) December 10. That's 4pm PST on the 9th because Vancouver, where Kabam are based, is 8 hours behind the UK.

So the 9th and 10th are both correct, depending on the time-zone.
