Account sharing and ban

Hey kabam actually i have 3 devices in my home one is iphone another two are android i use all of them in case of battery low or someone else is using them just needed a suggestion if i open my account on new devjce will it get banned cause other people are saying so i am a level 51 and dont want to happen so plzzzz reply and help
