New ISO 8 Quest.

In game iso 8 are found in small amount .I think mcoc have to create a new Event Quest for ISO 8 like they do for gold and Alliance heal and revive potion.

    It drops literally everywhere. Just small and insignificant amounts. I ask they just increase the quantity or quality.
