Account Banned Issue

As per the new update of champions clash, i started the quest and after 1 match my account got banned. To be very frank i didn't used any 3rd party software or any game modifications. Can someone help me with issue... it's already 5 days gone and i can't even play game.. it's very irritating to face glitch of this kind, Please Help
